How it's made

Golden hands, start to finish.

Real work from our bench, step by step, from your mold to a set with 251 individually placed stones.

    It starts at our bench.

    Your mold becomes a model of your teeth, detailed by hand on our jeweler's bench, one tooth edge at a time.

    We scan your mold.

    Your impression is scanned in 3D, then we trace every tooth edge and the gum line by hand. Your set follows your bite, not a template.

    We design it stone by stone.

    Every stone is placed one at a time. This set has 251 stones in four sizes, 1.1 to 1.7 mm, mapped onto your scan. We also calculate the metal weight in every karat before any gold is used, so you can see what goes into your set.

  4. The set split into four parts and prepared for a high-detail plastic print at 0.1–0.13 mm layers, for the fit test

    You try it on in plastic first.

    We print your design in plastic at 0.1–0.13 mm detail and you get these fitment samples free of charge, so we can check the fit and comfort before any metal is used. They're for fit only, not the finished grillz.

Fitment samples

Check the fit before the metal.

During the process, you'll receive plastic versions of the teeth strictly for fitment purposes. They're provided free of charge and are not the finished grillz.

7-day fit guarantee: if your finished grillz don't fit right, let us know within 7 days of pickup or delivery and we'll adjust them at no charge. For mail-in orders, we split the cost of standard ground shipping for the adjustment with you 50/50, or you can pay extra for expedited shipping.

Fitted from anywhere

About 3–4 weeks · expedited shipping available

  1. Reserve your set with a deposit of $125 or more. It covers your $49.95 mold kit and, in most cases, shipping. The rest goes toward your set. If shipping costs more, we'll contact you about the difference before your kit is sent.
  2. Receive your impression kit with detailed, step-by-step instructions.
  3. Take your impressions at home and mail them back to us.
  4. We design and handcraft your set in-house.
  5. Your grillz are shipped to you. Ask about expedited shipping.

Start with a $125 deposit.

  • Minimum deposit $125. You can put down more if you like.
  • Your deposit first covers your $49.95 mold kit. Anything left over goes toward your set or single teeth.
  • For mail-in orders, the $125 minimum also covers shipping in most cases. If shipping costs more than what's left of your deposit, we'll contact you to cover the difference before your mold kit is sent.
  • No sales tax is charged on the deposit. Sales tax is added to your final payment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used as in-store credit.
  • Choose in-store or mail-in fitting.
