How does custom pricing work?
It depends on the metal, the weight, the stones and the labour involved. We confirm custom pricing, availability and specifications with you after reviewing your request — nothing is produced before you approve it.
Can you copy a piece I saw online?
Usually we can work from a photo. Bring or send the image and we'll tell you what's realistic in the metal and budget you have in mind.
Can you use my old gold?
In many cases yes — unworn or inherited pieces can be reworked or put toward a new piece. Bring them in so we can look at them.
How long does custom work take?
It varies with the design, the stones and the current workload. We give you a realistic timeframe when we confirm the details.
Do you offer payment options?
We work with third-party financing and lease-to-own providers. Eligibility, approval and provider terms apply — ask us in store or see the payment options on our homepage.
