Is the online calculator an offer?
No. It is a non-binding online estimate based on the live gold spot price. The actual purchase price is determined in store after testing for purity and weighing, and market prices may change before an in-store transaction.
Do I need to know the karat?
No. Bring the pieces in and we'll test them. If a piece isn't marked, or the mark is worn away, testing is the only reliable way to know.
What about stones set in the piece?
Stones, non-gold components and other materials are excluded from the gold weight. Bring the piece anyway — we'll look at the stones separately.
Will you buy broken or single pieces?
Yes. A snapped chain or a single earring is worth its gold content the same as an intact piece.
Do I have to sell if I come in?
No. You get an offer and you decide. There's no obligation and no pressure.
