What we repair
Repairs are handled in-house by our own jeweler. That means no shipping your piece to a third party, and a straight answer on what it needs before any work starts.
Sizing up or down in gold, white gold and platinum, including comfort-fit and stone-set bands. We check the setting and prongs while the ring is on the bench.
Broken links, snapped chains, worn clasps and lobster replacements on Cuban, rope, figaro, box and specialty chains.
Battery replacement, band and link sizing, pin and pushpin work, and pressure-fit or screw-back case closing.
Tired, bent or damaged pieces cleaned up, straightened, re-soldered and refinished so they can go back into rotation.
Loose stones re-tightened and prongs inspected before they become a lost stone. Bring it in if something rattles or catches.
Scratches, dullness and everyday wear polished back on gold and silver pieces, with the original finish kept in mind.
How it works

We explain the work and the cost before anything is started.
Common repairs are done while you wait. Anything longer, we tell you up front.
Most pieces people assume are beyond saving are not. Bring it in, or send us a photo and a short description and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing.
