Hands of Gold Jewelry & Repairs
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, jewelry preferences, custom design details, appointment or repair information, and messages you send to us.
How we use information
We use information to answer questions, provide estimates, assist with purchases, repairs and custom jewelry, contact you about requests you submit, improve our services, and maintain business records.
Online Design Studio
Our online design studio (the "Start Designing" page on this website) is provided by Jeweler Studio (jewelerstudio.ai), a third-party service. Before you can create designs, the studio asks for your first and last name, email address and phone number, and asks you to agree to its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your contact details, the jewelry selections, budget and descriptions you enter, and the design images the studio creates are collected and stored by Jeweler Studio and made available to Hands of Gold so our team can review your design, prepare an estimate and contact you about it. Jeweler Studio handles that information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Using the design studio does not place an order. Specifications, pricing and production are confirmed only after we review your design with you. Please do not include payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in your design descriptions.
We also receive custom design details when you send them through a form on our website or choose to share them with us by phone, email, message, or another method. Payments made online are processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy practices; Hands of Gold does not receive your full card number.
Contact consent
When you submit a form or custom jewelry request, you may be asked to agree to the following:
“I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy and consent to being contacted by a jewelry specialist from Hands of Gold Jewelry and Repairs.”
Español: “Acepto los Términos y la Política de Privacidad y doy mi consentimiento para que un especialista en joyería de Hands of Gold Jewelry and Repairs se comunique conmigo.”
Email and text offers
If you sign up for a coupon or offers on our website, we use your name, email and (if you give it) mobile number to send your code and occasional Hands of Gold offers. We don't sell this information. You can stop emails anytime by replying “unsubscribe,” and texts by replying “STOP.” Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers that help us operate our website, online design studio, communications, hosting, analytics, payments, financing links, or other business functions, subject to their own privacy practices.
Cookies and website data
Our website or third-party services may use cookies, logs, or similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics, and performance. Your browser may allow you to limit or block cookies.
Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) on some pages of our website, including our grillz pages. It uses cookies and similar technologies to tell Meta which of our pages you visit and what you do there, such as sending a request or completing a purchase. This helps us measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited our website. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info, or block cookies in your browser.
Third-party links
Our site may link to Google, social media, financing providers, maps, reviews, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or ask us to stop marketing contact where applicable.
