2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of New York State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
Entries for this giveaway close September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
4. How to Enter
- Online: Complete the entry form on handsofgoldny.com with your name, email address, and optional phone number. Confirm your eligibility and agreement to these rules, then select Enter the Free Giveaway. Entry is free; no purchase, payment, or marketing subscription is required.
Limit one entry per person for this giveaway. Duplicate entries do not improve the chance of winning. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means are void.
5. Prize
One (1) lightweight 14K gold bracelet, with a retail value of less than $200. The prize is not transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place within five business days after the close of the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified by email or the optional phone number provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached within seven days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Prize Claim
The prize must be claimed in person at the Sponsor's Copiague location within thirty days of notification. Valid government-issued photo identification is required.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's first name and city for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Privacy
Information collected at entry is used by the Sponsor to administer the giveaway and, where you have agreed, to contact you about offers. It is not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
10. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.
